Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders ship from our US warehouse partners — no long international waits.

Rates & speed:
- Standard: $4.99 — arrives in 3-5 business days. Free on orders over $75.
- Express: $15.00 — arrives in 2-4 business days where available.

Processing:
Orders are picked and packed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Tracking:
Track your order anytime at /pages/order-tracking using the tracking number from your shipping email.

Delays & lost packages:
If tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days or your package shows delivered but never arrived, email [gavinjennings08@gmail.com](mailto:gavinjennings08@gmail.com) with your order number. We'll chase the carrier and, if needed, reship or refund — your choice.
