Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith. Colors may vary slightly by screen. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change product availability at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

2. Orders & payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send a confirmation email or ship the goods. We may cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or inventory issues, with a full refund.

3. Shipping

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Returns & refunds

Our 30-day guarantee and refund process are described in our Refund Policy.

5. No medical claims

Rise Labs products are consumer lifestyle products. They are not medical devices and nothing in this Store is medical advice. Nothing we sell diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any condition. Consult a physician for sleep or health concerns.

All content in this Store — including text, images, and branding — belongs to Rise Labs or its licensors. You may not reuse it without permission.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved in the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
