We currently ship within the United States only. All orders ship from our US warehouse partners — no long international waits.

Rates & speed

• Standard: $4.99 — arrives in 3–5 business days. Free on orders over $75.
• Express: $15.00 — arrives in 1–2 business days where available.

Processing

Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Tracking

Track your order anytime on the Track Your Order page using the tracking number from your shipping email.

Delays & lost packages

If tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days or your package shows delivered but never arrived, email gavinjennings08@gmail.com with your order number. We'll chase the carrier and, if needed, reship or refund — your choice.
