Every Rise Labs order is covered by our 30-day rest-or-refund guarantee. Sleep on it — literally. If a product isn't right for you within 30 days of delivery, we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
How to start a return or refund
- Email us at gavinjennings08@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about what went wrong.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions for your specific order.
- Once your return is received, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Damaged, defective, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping. You will never pay for our mistake.
Change-of-mind returns
Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Because our products ship from regional US fulfillment centers, we'll confirm the return address for your specific order before you ship anything back.
