30-Night Guarantee

Every Rise Labs order is covered by our 30-day rest-or-refund guarantee. Sleep on it — literally. If a product isn't right for you within 30 days of delivery, we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

How to start a return or refund:
1. Email us at [gavinjennings08@gmail.com](mailto:gavinjennings08@gmail.com) with your order number and a short note about what went wrong.
2. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions for your specific order.
3. Once your return is received, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Damaged, defective, or missing items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping. You will never pay for our mistake.

Change-of-mind returns:
Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Because our products ship from regional US fulfillment centers, we'll confirm the return address for your specific order before you ship anything back.
